An overview of what you will learn:
Charting the Inner Cosmos
Explore the vast landscapes of the psyche through core psychological models that serve as maps for inner exploration. As you navigate these frameworks, you’ll begin to develop your own inner cartography – deepening your understanding of how the psyche evolves across personal and collective realms.
The Architecture of the Soul
Uncover the psychological functions and foundational structures that shape identity and behavior. Learn to perceive how clients process and interpret the world around them, gaining tools to illuminate unseen patterns and restore inner equilibrium. This work invites deeper awareness and the potential for true psychic transformation.
Archetypes, Complexes, and Subpersonalities
Uncover the hidden forces within the psyche, including universal archetypes, personal complexes, and subpersonalities. This exploration will help you identify and learn how to integrate fragmented aspects of inner worlds, towards wholeness and psychological wellness.
Working with the Unconscious
Enter the sacred language of the unconscious, where insight unfolds through multiple portals. Dream analysis reveals the soul’s hidden narratives in symbolic form, while active imagination invites a living dialogue with inner figures and images in the imaginal realm. The Tarot acts as a potent bridge, connecting conscious awareness to archetypal forces and deepening self-understanding. These intertwined methods open a path to profound insight, healing, and transformation within the depths of the psyche.
The Path of Presence and Connection
Step into a journey where the wisdom of the natural world meets the mindful stillness of Zen. Ecopsychology awakens us to our profound interdependence with the Earth, inviting healing through deep, embodied connection with nature’s rhythms and cycles. Zen psychology offers a path of mindful presence – rooted in openness, non-attachment, and compassionate awareness – that teaches us to be fully here, attuned to the moment and the living world around us.Â
Creative Tools for Self-Discovery
Engage the psyche through creative expression and dynamic methods that open gateways to the unconscious, allowing insights to emerge naturally and gently. By tapping into symbolic language and embodied experience to facilitate healing and growth in a dynamic and engaging way.
