Welcome to Sweet Track Counselling Services
At Sweet Track, we provide a gateway to a professional accredited qualification in psycho-spiritual counselling and a journey of self-discovery and growth. Our training embraces a diverse range of traditions rather than adhering strictly to a singular path. We value and uphold respect for individual differences, empowering people to explore and cultivate their own unique identity and spiritual expression.
We believe that access to therapy should not be limited by financial constraints. That’s why we are committed to providing an affordable counselling service, ensuring that anyone seeking support can find the assistance they need without unnecessary burdens. Our mission is to break down barriers and create a welcoming space where everyone can receive the help they deserve to lead a happier and healthier life.
Our mission is to equip counsellors with the necessary skills to become independent and self-sufficient therapists, capable of making a meaningful impact. We also extend our offerings to include workshops and short courses tailored for individuals without any prior counselling experience.
This course had an excellent balance of knowledge and nurture. I felt supported and safe.
I really appreciate the sharing of the tutor’s own experiences. I have loved it. Thank you.
This has been one of my most favourite experiences in life so far. Thank you.
The tutors are amazing and very easy to work with, listen to and spend time with.
I can’t believe how much I have grown during this course, far more than I could ever imagine.
I have loved this course. It’s very challenging and I have learnt a massive amount and feel that I have developed some skills to add to my counselling foundation.
I have a deeper awareness of myself and a wider experience of others. Brilliant!
An enriching experience on so many levels and has really benefited my work as a student mentor at university.
Using new skills has been so beneficial in my everyday life. It is good to re-engage with education and to know that ‘I can’.
