Low Cost Counselling

Welcome to the Sweet Track Counselling Agency. We offer affordable counselling services to individuals in Glastonbury and surrounding areas, as well as across the UK.

Our ethos and principles

We understand the challenges posed by financial constraints and long waiting lists, which is why we offer an opportunity for anyone to benefit from counselling, quickly and with ease. Our agency warmly welcomes adults from the age of 16+.

We operate on the principles of drawing inspiration from diverse traditions rather than subscribing to a single path. Our approach values and respects differences, aiming to empower individuals to tap into their own resources and lead more fulfilling lives.

What does counselling involve?

Counselling involves engaging with a counsellor to discuss your difficulties and concerns. At our agency, we provide a non-judgmental space where you will be listened to attentively. Your counsellor will work collaboratively with you to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself, whilst discovering coping strategies and enhancing your overall well-being.

Our counselling sessions are completely confidential and we prioritise your safety. Your counsellor will always work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If verbal communication proves challenging, alternative methods of exploring your concerns can be suggested. We are committed to finding an approach that works best for you.

We can provide face-to-face, online or telephone counselling depending on your preference and where you live.

I am forever grateful for the guidance and support I received through counselling. It helped me untangle my thoughts, gain clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies. It’s like I’ve been given the tools to experience life and with a new found confidence.

Counselling has been a game-changer for me. It helped me to break free from negative patterns that caused me a lot of pain. I feel like I’m discovering my potential. I look forward to what life will bring my way.

I thought opening up would be like unlocking Pandora’s box, but turns out, it was more like finding a treasure chest of resilience within myself.
